Introduction

I am very excited to begin on this new adventure of blogging about my teaching experiences.   I am happily married and have four beautiful children - two boys and two girls - ranging in age from 12-19.  It is amazing how quickly they are growing up!  Where has the time gone? Thankfully, I still have my classroom of first-graders to keep me feeling young and active!   I have been teaching for 10 years and thoroughly enjoy working with children.  I have created this blog to help me remember the fun times and interesting adventures that my "over 40" brain seems to be forgetting as time passes.  Feel free to wander through my posts and check back often for new and improved updates!
